For a view of the other side of a similar trailer see Rusty Recordon's article (Part 2) RMC 9-04, p.65. Though similar, this trailer (no # listed) apparently has no side door on the curbside and has scalloped wheel wells. The surviving DL&W Volume Van series 701-750, were all traded-in by EL in 11-65. For kcoastal: 724 is up against a building, were you able to verify that there was a side door on the other side. Also, could you possibly post pictures of the front and rear of this trailer?
