The child care center near the NS yard office is the former EL Freight Station, and the large brick building at the east end of town is the former Erie (A&GW) shops, Unfortunately most of Meadville knows it as The Bessemer Building, somehow it has changed roads in redevelopment. The Diesel shop building is still there but it serves as a garage for the Sewer Authority, the rails into it have been removed. And the car shop building is still there but it has been converted into a small industrial park.
