It might also be a former B&O car. I beleive some of their equipment was 
formerly part of the now-disbanded Railroad Passenger Cars, Inc., of Baltimore 
fleet. I think RRP had a DL&W car. Will have to check with my Baltimore Chapter 
NRHS collegues on that and its disposition.
