No, M&E has begun interchanging SOME cars from CSX along the Center Street 
Branch in Kearny. The plan is for a Conrail crew to take the cars from Oak 
Island to South Kearny yard and for another CSX or CR crew to forward them to the 
Center Street Branch interchange...
