Mike,

Jan 1958 has no tank cars listed for the D&H.

They did have 15 "air activated container" cars, each holding 5 containers 
with a capacity of 22,000 lbs each. I believe these were similar to the DL&W 
cement container gons. Bulk cement to a high dept sounds very feasible. Oil 
in those containers? who knows?
