Michael Allen says "In December of 1992 there was Nor'Easter which pretty
well socked in the NY Metropolitan area."  That might have been the one
that brought the Hackensack River tide up two and a half feet around HX. 
HX closed in February '93.  That day they wanted me to go to Port Jervis to
hand on train orders, but couldn't reach me, and so sent an extra operator 
I lost my one chance to work at Port Jervis.
