You've an accomplished historian, and have taken the time to assemble numerous articles and have thempublished. I'm grateful for your efforts. Let's put the archive disposition into some perspective. I understand that you have an extensive archive in your possession, the size of which may rival that in the ELHS archive. As such, I imagine you've given a lot of thought the preservation of your materials. What are your plans for preservation and dissemination of your collection? Have you assigned the collection to Steamtown? If not, will you be turning it over to another research library? Your insights, and actions and example would serve as a powerful precedent to guide the ELHS BoD on how to manage the Society collection.
