List: These messages are all fun to read, the more so, because, as with most subjects and issues of this sort (this one seems to come up about semi-annually), lots of heat and light, but no fire!. Kind of like the people I see on the SEPTA platform on a snowy day; that, when the train is a few minutes late, start complaining. I usually offer that SEPTA generally does a good job! I am a little surprised that this most recent round hasn't mentioned money--given that the Society does have some cash, there are usually a few who want it to burn a hole in their (collective) pocket--and spend it on some of the junk (junk, with emphasis) out there that passes for former Erie/DL&W equipment! Personally, I think your Board is doing a fine job. Jim Dalberg

**************************************
AOL now offers free email to everyone.
