Again, there are learning institutions in Scranton that might be interested  
in housing the collection if "ownership" is the problem. One won't know unless 
 one asks. 
 
The Board's response was well, what I more or less expected. No need to  
expand here, that's been done.

decided against Steam  Town.

Most of the restrictions listed in your letter can be  overcome by a proper
gifting agreement.



Let us not write up  so many restriction that the archives become trash
because no proper  location can be found that will agree with them.
