OK how may people here would sign over the deed to their house to the federal government, and trust that in the coming years, they will make decisions that are in your best interest? And the interest of your heirs?

Most of the restrictions listed in your letter can be overcome by a proper
gifting agreement.



Let us not write up so many restriction that the archives become trash
because no proper location can be found that will agree with them.
