Finger Lakes has no ex-L&N units. B23-7 2301-2303 ex-CR B23-7 2304-2305 ex-R&N, ex-Great Miami, ex-NS, ex-SOU, noses chopped U23B 2201 (?) - ex P&W Seems to me the U23B is painted "LV". P&W has a couple ex-L&N units. The units ordered by EL were only completed to the construction of underframes at the time of the order being cancelled - none of the units was completed to a readily recognizable stage, and where they went is kind of irrelevant. The only way you'd even know the EL connection is by frame number decoding. Since it was mentioned in another post I will again state that NO work was done to complete the EMD order, it was cancelled before ANY production began. The units do NOT exist in ANY form.
