Paul, I would like to thank you for your response on behalf of the Board. I hadn't considered the fact that there are non-ELHS members on this list and I understand the Board's hesitation to discuss the matter (and hence their business) in this forum. It's clear that this discussion has not gone unnoticed by the Board and that it understands some of the perspectives and thoughts of its constituents. (Yes, I do believe that the vast majority of those who participated are ELHS members.) I'm sure this has been a priority topic for the Board and I hope that this discussion has contributed to the ongoing debate. I expect that it will certainly be a topic of interest at the Spring Meeting on April 1st. By the way, when is the registration information going to be out about the Spring Meeting? Also, could you please direct me to the specific Yahoo group that you are referring to? I searched Yahoo Groups for "ELHS", "ELHS members", "Erie Lackawanna Historical Society" etc, but couldn't find any group that stated that is was the (>OFFICIAL<) ELHS Yahoo Group. I'm interested in joining it so that I can get official Society communications in the future. Is it a discussion forum or is it just used as a blanket one way communications format? Thanks for your help...
