Let's make it accessible to all parties interested, when we can agree on 
that point we then need to move forward. As far as a location, make it 
convenient but also logical. Remember baseball fans all over will travel to 
Cooperstown for the same reason I would travel to see the archives. Being 
able to access them on the net is also good too.
