I remember these AT units based at Danbury. But when CR got them, they did not have Blomberg Trucks but standard ARR drop-equalizer trucks (ALCO). They came delivered with Mars Light on nose that CR never used. When LV bought Monon's 12 C628's that had ALCO weld a steel plate over the mars light
   
  Seems as in EL Era the alleged 20 GP38-2 and U23B units would not have required trade in with USRA financing. Also, the units may not have been delivered in EL GYM but perhaps a simpler less expensive all Maroon or Grey body like LV GP38--2's and U23B's in Cornell Red than LV's colorful L&N Like C420 Grey-Yellow-Grey or Black-White-Black C628 scheme
