(erielack) Rules of the Operatiing Department

     Rooting through the boxes of stuff, I found the last timetable issued 
to me (#3 - 21/March/1971) and my old book of rules. Effective Oct. 25th, 
1964.  I've decided to sell them both for $15.00 each or both for $25.00. 
Aside from having 'ISSUED TO WALTER E.  SMITH,
ENGINEER at the bottom of the cover, the Timetable is in good condition. 
Same with the Book of Rules.

     As I was looking at the book of rules, my eye lit on Rule #220, Page 
40. The first sentence in that rule states "Train orders once in effect 
continue so until fulfilled, superseded or annulled." KEEP THIS SENTENCE IN 
MIND.......  Most railroad books of rules have such a rule in the section 
regarding trainorders, I KNOW the CSX does.  Thereby hangs a tail to be told 
later, since I have to go & meet my wife for dinner or the penalties will be 
much worse than a rule infraction. ........More later.
