(erielack) New list "reply" format is now complete

A big round of applause to Henry for implementing the new "reply"
function!

If you now press "reply" (or "reply to sender", based on what E-mail app
you're using), it will reply to the list - and ONLY the list. There is
no more need to do a "reply to all" anymore, and people won't be getting
multiple copies of messages anymore.

If you need to reply to the poster directly, just copy their E-mail
address from the "From:" field and E-mail to that address directly.
