(erielack) Erie Tug - Paterson - plans

There were plans for the Erie tug Paterson on eBay which I bid for and won.  Language on the plans is French.  The plans look as though they are from a model kit.  On the plan it looks as though the company is M.R.B. with the address12 Rue Mulet 69001 Lyon.

Does anyone know anything about this?

If someone can help translate the French on the plans to English, could you reply to me off list?
