EL units must have continued east of Bingo on EL-DH-BM runthrus PB-100, 
TC-100, ATC-4, particularly during Dereco years when EL and D&H power was 
exchanged more freely.

Carl,

Yes, EL power ran straight through to Cedar Hill where it was usually
turned, similar to the way you'd often see PC power run straight through
to Port Jervis. I've never seen photos of EL power east of there (though
I do have shots of EL power running on the B&M, how'd THAT happen???)
