I have a book called "American Locomotive Engineers- Erie Railway Edition" edited by H. R. Romans, published by Crawford-Adsit Co. Publishers, W. H. Welch proprietor Chicago Illinois 1899. On page 133 there is a listing for division 54 Port Jervis NY that does indeed show one Requa, Glode. On page 612 it show a "Requa W. S. Northern R. R.".
