No, not at all! This has been a long-running project of mine -
cataloging what units got B/Y, when they were repainted to G/M/Y, etc.
Many units never even got a proper EL paint scheme before they were
retired!

Yes, some DL&W units did slide right into EL GMY without stopping at B/Y
(even more common with Erie units)

Until William White came back and decreed that ALL units were to be
painted G/M/Y - units stopped being painted in B/Y around late 1964, but
the last B/Y units ran into 1970 or 1971.
