OK, going through my image collection:

6011 was repainted EL B/Y - I don't have any photos of 6012 coupled to
it?
6014, 6022, 6024, 6031, 6034, 6041, 6042 only got EL numbers on their
DL&W paint jobs
6032 had no lettering, so it could have been a repaint or a reletter job
- - it had the "passenger" scheme with a single maroon stripe, leading me
to wonder if it wasn't a repaint (companions 6031/6034 had the DL&W
"freight" scheme) - so it would appear that at least one FTSB might have
gotten an "EL" paint job, even though it wasn't lettered as such.
6041 and 6044 were repainted EL G/M/Y

As for the former 650-series:

6511/6512 got EL B/Y
6521/6522 got EL G/M/Y
6531/6532 got EL B/Y
6541/6542 got EL B/Y
