Anyone in the Elmira/Horseheads area on Saturday will want to stop by the former PRR depot between 1 and 3pm. The Horseheads Historical Society is hosting an open house and round table discussion on railroads. Speakers will include Sheldon King, author of the book "The Route of Phoebe Snow" who will present a slide program that will include some Erie and DL&W shots. Free to all...
