(erielack) Re: CWR
Thanks for the pics Mike, they clear up a lot of questions. It appears the rail was handled on two levels. I can't defitintely make out rollers, but they must be there.

I had to hunt around a little bit to locate these photos. Conrail had
the empty EL welded rail train parked in Lemoyne, PA (along the ex-PRR
Cumberland Valley line) back in the 70s. I managed to get a few
snapshots with a Kodak 110 camera.
