John Thanks for the information......I had not realized that there was a "working" JC to SALA RPO and the crew changed at Salamanca. I had figured that the run started there. Very interesting. One of the former crossing watchman at Main Street Warren---Herb Harrington was very active in Post Mark Collecting (Club) and RPO data. He frequently handed personal outgoing mail to the RPO clerk on #7. As I hung out at the Warren Station almost daily in the summer and after school, I got to see inside the cars as I helped the clerk work the train daily.
