Thanks for clearing that up; I didn't know the GSA had TWO facilities in 
Marion. EL's own TOFC facility was off Kenton St on the northeast side of 
the yard. It had a capacity of 6 long flats but I doubt it saw much use. In 
EL in Color there is a hand drawn diagram that shows the switch at the west 
end of the ordinance facility siding (trailing point for WB's); the area is 
labelled "Government Storage Area-GSA". This arrangement probably explains 
why 2-NY-100 was allowed 40 min at Marion, double the time for all other 
stops of UPS trains: presumably the power had to cutoff at the yard and run 
wrong main to pickup the cars, then take them back to the train. Is it 
possible a wye was installed here for the UPS operation?
