I took a round trip ride on it yesterday, and being state funded, the engineering looks first class, (nothing but the best,) even to the extent tunneling under the two main line tracks to get to the eastbound side, into Penn Station. I would have expected a grade crossing. There were long, unexplained, delays at signals, and only a few people riding, (as with the 302/303 bus before.) Maybe it will justify its expense when the extention to Newark Airport is completed.
