I appreciate your information, Randy. My railfan impression was that since the CNJ was the poorest road around, they didn't have money to dieselize as fast as the other roads. They certainly had their Camel-backs and Pacifics running for a long time. I used to go in their C-paw yard, and they never bothered railfans. We, on the list, know more about feedwater heaters now.
