Kenyon Hill Rd crosses the line about MP 180 or so, but it is a right angle crossing, and this doesn't look like it. Of course, things could have changed a bit since 1954; there are a LOT more trees now. It does look like the Delaware Division somewhere near Gulf Summit. Maybe over by Schoolhouse or Cascade Valley Rd?? There are some sweeping curves back in there, though both of those crossings are at right angles, too.
