Now, here is where I get confused. The FT in A-B configuration usually came with a draw bar between the units and a coupler on the outer end of the B unit. The A-B-A set usually had all drawbars. When the more compact draft gear came along, many FTs were retrofitted. So where did the DL&W get an A-B set with a drawbar on the B unit if not from an A-B-A set?
