I got my copy of the 2005 Norfolk Southern Annual Report today. It has a DVD detailing the work done to reopen the former Southern Railway line into New Orleans. On the DVD and in the annual report is a picture of their operations center in Atlanta. On the wall is some kind of color pictorial history of NS motive power by the decade. For the 1950's they have a photo of an Alco PA in EL colors and of DL&W Trainmasters coming through the Delaware Water Gap. Interesting choices!
