I've heard from two folks regarding this material, thought you might be
interested in the comments.

One person pointed out a typo in the original report:

"The INCR shown should be IHCR ( addressed as "I hate CR" by Charlie
Decker, 1st trick op at BD)."



The other person indicated that the description of local service pretty
much matches their recollection of the jobs. This was from someone who
was in train service at that time.
