Many years ago, while doing newspaper research on the DL&W in the 1800's, I ran across the attached article in the 1884 Buffalo newspapers. The DL&W had only been running trains out of Buffalo for about a year. This incident, "A Funny Corpse", occurred at the downtown freighthouse on Prime Street. I wasn't quite sure where I'd ever use it, but this thread seems appropriate. Ronald R.
