(erielack) Rockaway Road bridge progress, 03/03/06

The contractor made substantial progress last week and early this week,
erecting about half the bridge slabs, including the river span, half those
over the railroad, and most of the two approach spans on the south.  The
four slabs on the north side haven't been put up; apparently something is
wrong with one or more of them.
