I'll defer to Steve. Since I live in NC, Idon't' have any recent firsthand
knowledge. IIRC there was a piece in Trains a while back about NS taking
it's H'burg-Buffalo traffic off the old PRR line and shifting it to a rather
circuitous former EL/CP route via Bingo and Scranton.
