Not only would the royalties from Chicago Trasit Authority have been 
helpfurl, but perhaps the association with a very successful music group 
could have been used to the CTA's advantage as a PR tool. Once again, the 
bureaucrats show their broad minded, creative side!!

I think there was also a group called "Southern Pacific".
