RE: (erielack) Passenger cars on Ash Street in Scranton

Doesn't look like any EL car I've ever seen - the roof vents look weird, and the truck spacing (based on the cut-away skirting) looks odd.

Didn't Speno, the rail grinding people, have cars in a similar paint job?
