(erielack) Atlas N Scale U25Bs

Atlas is releasing U25Bs in EL - this is a second run, but the numbers they announced included a repeat from the earlier run.  Because of the efforts of the N Scale EL modelers community (or is that EL N Scale modelers' community), Atlas has now announced:
 
Road number 812 has been changed to 808.
