RE: (erielack) EL in the 2-10-06 ABPR

This looks like a front-runner to me - they were 2 axle cars that could carry 1 trailer and were another great idea that just didn't work out on the road.  If I'm not mistaken they didn't track well and were eventually pulled from service and scapped.
