(erielack) Erie through sleeper question

Take a look at this ebay lot:

From what I can read it looks like the person went coach from Hornell to Elmira and then was assigned to Section 10 in Pullman car 847 to go from there to Baltimore.  It looks like they left Elmira at 11:18 pm and arrived in Baltimore at 6:49 am.  My question is how was this Pullman car routed to get from Elmira to Baltimore?
