Cool Whip, huh? Not what you would ordinarily think of as rail traffic. Evidently they could maintain freezing temp. Paul says Avon on the Rochester branch; does that ring a bell? The second batch came sans running boards, since they were built in late '67, and the ones on the first group were eventually removed, but I don't know when. That clears up the questions about these cars and provides another traffic move on my EL pike.
