The Rockaway Township Historical Society will have a presentation about these lines at its regular meeting on 2 January 2006 at 7:30pm. The meeting will be held in the meeting room of the Rockaway Township Library on Mount Hope Road. Directions: Take I-80 to exit 37. From either the east or west, turn right and follow county route 513. Pass a Mobil gas station on the right, then go straight at the next traffic light onto Hoagland Avenue. At the end of Hoagland Ave, turn right onto Mount Hope Road. Cross over I-80. The municipal complex is the second driveway on the left, beyond the mailbox and newspaper machines.
