Sounds like Madison, where the movie theater is almost exactly across the street from the underpass. Boonton has a similar arrangement, but no movie theater, nor is one near Morristown. Madison is stone while Morristown is white brick. Boonton is red brick. You should remember Madison Town Hall to the south of the station! It was designed by the same architect as the station.
