RE: (erielack) Morristown station

Perhaps on the Lackawanna side, but as an Erie fan, my heart still lies with the Ridgewood station.  Different ideas from the two original railroads, with the Erie perhaps not as elaborate, but for an all inclusive "northern New Jersey"........

It indeed is a beautiful structure, and I'll go out on a limb and say it's the nicest remaining station in Northern New Jersey on the EL.

Morristown has ample parking - the lot in the "front" of the station (south side of the tracks) has very little parking, but there is more parking on the north side of the tracks, and NJT just installed a large new parking lot where the old freighthouse used to be (southwest of the station).
