RE: (erielack) Bridge Numbering of the DL&W in Pennsylvania

My 1947 ETT (no. 91) shows distances from Buffalo for eastward trains, and
from Hoboken for westward trains. By 1957, in ETT no. 111, all distances are
shown as to or from Hoboken even on branchlines.

Interestingly, and to provoke further confusion, clearances restrictions on
top of trains list bridge #189.74 at Conklin (miles from Hoboken), #191.70
Binghamton, and 193.91 also in Binghamton. Bridges on the Buffalo Division
also appear to be numbered as miles from Hoboken.
