I am even more amazed that NYSW isn't going to remove the signals....Just FYI 
the Q404/Q403 detour trains that were supposed to use the Tier for the next 2 
years are gone for now and back on the Riverline....So that leaves only the 
SU-99 and tri-weekly SU-100 left....
