The signal system will be rehabbed over the next four years, eliminating
the pole line.
Also, this week will be the end of track one over Gulf Summit. Switches
are to be cut in at Lansboro and "Sanford" (west of Deposit)
and track two signaled for both directions."

I was too wasted last night so I don't remember much, but did someone say
that NYSW denied STB's go ahead to remove the signals between Bingo and Port
Jervis?? I guess in light of the recent derailments Wally is reluctant to 
take
this action....Also did someone mention they would be upgraded over the next
