Charles,

I was only 5 years old at the time, but I remember distinctly riding in the 
DL&W Mu's during their final years of 1983 and 1984.....I can recall that some 
of the motor cars still had the wicker commuter seats until the end....Other 
seats I can remember at the end were.....

1) Low Roof trailers-Mostly Blue upholstery
2) High roof trailers-some still had wicker, but most were green and blue 
upholstery
3) I do remember a few cars that had red seats(Where these the cars with the 
NJDOT logo??)
4) The creme and orange/red cars had the tan/yellow upholstery

Also the colors of the walls varied from many different paint shades....Some 
were blue/red, others just blue...I also remeber some tan/maroon paint.....

The cars were classics and miss them dearly!
