Re: (erielack) Meadville Pa and WNYP?
If I recall correctly, Meadville shops were closed in either 1989 or 1990. I think CR was overhauling autoracks or auto parts boxcars there. The closing of the shops came about a year or so before ELOI/OIEL were removed from the Meadville Line.
