Schyler,

This postcard appears on page 100 of "Images of America - Millburn/Short
Hills" by W. Owen Lampe of the Millburn-Short Hills Historical Society.

It is apparently a windmill (the blades have been removed) that stood
between Great Oak drive and the railroad at Pine Terrace East.
