Remember, Jim, that all this early 20th Century shistory was when the Erie controlled the NYS&W. Your findings show that the Erie BUILT but the Susquehanna OPERATED.
Remember, also, that any railroad could serve any point within the lighterage district.
Finally, I was trying to avoid confusing the majority of people, whose interests, I feel, lie in WWII and later, after NYS&W became independent of Erie. In the time frame of most interest, the rie did not serve Edgewater.
